The Luke Society chooses to support indigenous Christian health professionals. They know the language and culture of their people and have ideas for solving their own problems. The Luke Society helps provide the resources to bring their God-given visions to fruition. We have more than 30 ministries on five continents and are adding new ones as the Lord leads. Our ministry focuses on advancing God's Kingdom through a lay health movement that promotes health, reconciliation, and the gospel of Jesus Christ in poor and underserved communities. We identify and form partnerships with leaders called of God to serve the health needs of the poor in their communities. We assist those leaders in implementing Christian lay health programs that promote both physical and spiritual well-being.
