The Luke Society News was again honored as an award-winning publication by the Evangelical Press Association, and placed in two other categories as well at the convention in April.

The Luke Society board of directors held its biannual meeting on April 23-24 in Sioux Falls, S.D. Among the actions at the meeting was to add three new members to its board

The COVID-19 pandemic has prevented the Luke Society office from traveling to Asia since 2019. That finally changed this month when Dr. Greg Kuiper was able to visit with Dr. Avindra Jayawarde.

While a war rages on in eastern Europe, it’s not the only political situation the Luke Society is keep an eye on. Fighting continues in Myanmar following a military coup last year.
