A civil war has raged on in Cameroon for more than five years. While it doesn’t receive as much news attention in the United States as other conflicts, it has caused significant hardships in the African nation.

Dr. Consuelo Suárez, knows that health care extends far beyond a body that is functioning well. One of her joys at the Luke Society ministry in Jalapa, Mexico, is to administer spiritual care as well.
