The Right Way
Rivne, Ukraine
Drug and alcohol abuse is a serious problem in many parts of eastern Europe, including Rivne, Ukraine, where the Luke Society has partnered with The Right Way ministry since 2007.
The Right Way reaches out to individuals suffering from addictions. The ministry extends a hand of encouragement to those shunned by society at the Marty Doot Christian Rehabilitation Center.
Rev. Vitaly Korsunsky serves as the director of the ministry. He led the ministry with Dr. Oleg Kolbach, until Kolbach’s sudden death in 2023.
Joined by a small staff of counselors, Korsunsky helps recovering addicts steer back on the right path by building plans to help them recover and rebuild their lives. More importantly, they minister to clients to help them come into a better relationship with Jesus Christ.
The war in the country has made the need for services like these even more important. With the Spirit’s help, The Right Way hopes to guide patients on a path that walks instep with the Lord, both during rehabilitation and long after.
